Does it happen on one specific vehicle or all vehicles? Could you please collect a datalog for our checking? And tell me your serial No. -

In car or AC adapter... start up screen boots then freezes in MaxiDas 708 with all the blocks filled..
# is DS013Q002208.
Remove SD card and start...screen acknowledges no SD card.
Install and boots to MD 708 and stays.. -

If you are still within your free update period maybe you can make sure you first have the latest PC suite version on a clean virus and malware free PC, then have support email you any necessary file you need to put on new SD card for the PC Suite to recognize the brand new SD card so the PC suite will cooperate and install the latest system software and install all the vehicle software in an authorized language of your choosing. -

If only it were that easy..sent report months ago no answer back..renders this tool USELESS..
